Fees for a 3-Month Course
School fee for a Basic Course: EUR 1650,00
(1 term of 20 teaching days)
School fee for an Advanced Course: EUR 1650,00
(1 term of 20 teaching days)
The school fees must be paid before the start of the course. Registration for the course will only be made once the school fee has been paid in full.
The participation in any Basic Course requires no prior photographic knowledge. Students should be open to engage in new technical and theoretical approaches to making their work. Students signing up for Advanced Courses should be familiar with technical processes and have some experience in working with photographic themes.
Fees for the Full Study Program
Annual school fee for the Basic Class: EUR 4500.00
(3 terms of 20 teaching days: 60 days)
Annual school fee for the Advanced Class: EUR 4500.00
(3 terms of 20 teaching days: 60 days)
Annual school fee for the Masterclass: EUR 2500.00
(3 terms of 10 teaching days: 30 days)
Students have the option of paying the tuition fees for the academic year either in one installment or at the beginning of each term.

The Full Study Program consist of 3 different Basic Courses in the first year and 3 Advanced Courses in the second year. Subsequently, participation in the Masterclass is possible to realize an individual photographic project. Students are able to take breaks between semesters as required.
Admission process & more
Once we have received your complete application documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Selected applicants will be invited to an interview.
Interviewees should bring a portfolio with 20-50 photographs (maximum size 30x40cm) for discussion. The final decision on admission will be made on the basis of submitted photographs and the interview. Interviews via Zoom are available upon request for applicants from overseas.
If your application was successful, you will receive a contract with the payment details. You may pay in cash or transfer the money on the school's account.

All classes in this course are taught in English.
School fees can change from year to year.
International students
International Photography School is unable to help students obtain a study visa. Non-EU foreigners usually only receive a study visa for attending a full-time course, which we cannot offer. With a 3-month tourist visa, participating in a course for one term is possible.
